On the Facebook mobile app, scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy.
In either the top-right or bottom-right corner, you will see three small horizontal lines. Both listings are official however, unless otherwise directed, choose the one with the longer title. The duplicate listings indicate that you have played more than one platform/version. Please note: You may see two listings for our game, one that is called DoubleDown Casino - Vegas Slots, and one that is just DoubleDown Casino. On the row for DoubleDown Casino, click View and Edit. If you have multiple apps connected to Facebook, you may need to first click See More.
Once on the Apps page, find DoubleDown Casino. On the left-hand side of the next page, choose Apps and Websites. In the newly expanded menu, click Settings & Privacy. Click that arrow to expand the drop-down menu. Near the top right-hand corner, you will see a small arrow pointing down. You may be asked for this ID by our Community Manager or our Customer Experience team.Įnsure you're logged into your Facebook account and follow the first few steps, or follow this shortcut to view your Facebook Apps and Websites Settings and jump to step 5 (computer) or step 4 (mobile). Facebook currently generates a unique User ID for each app you install.
